romantic gift idea

Anniversaries are a very special affair. They give us an opportunity to say just how much we care for our significant other. I really think we should mention it every day but on that anniversary it can be expressed in an exceptional way with a romantic gift idea.

A romantic gift idea does not mean you have to spend a lot of money. In fact, some of the most heartfelt gifts are those that are handmade or given from a place of love. For instance, when I was pregnant with our first child my husband wrote me a short love note about how he was looking forward to being a father and was so happy that I was having this baby. I saved and framed that romantic gift idea. The note hangs in the doorway of our bedroom where we can see it all the time.

I find that a romantic gift idea will ultimately say "I love you" in a way that may only mean something to the parties involved. It could simply be the gift of a shell from the beach you met at. Maybe a piece of pecan pie, his favorite and you made it for him on your second date. I think the more personal and private a romantic gift idea the more appropriate it is.
