We grew up in the same place, at one point had romantic dealings and have never stopped being friends. She is one of those great people I hope to always have on my side. As a nicer then average way to say goodbye I went online to a favorite discount jewelry retailer in search of a simple silver bracelet to be later engraved with our initials. It is what I feel to be a really nice gesture for an amazing friend. It is never easy to see someone so close go away. Luckily, it won’t be forever, at least that is what she keeps saying.

I’ll hold down the fort here, but there are going to be more then a couple of people who miss her. Electronics have made it easy to stay in contact with anyone anywhere so I expect to keep in contact when she is gone.  Haven’t given her the bracelet jewelry yet.
