Relaxing with Aromatherapy Candles |

Now that the hustle and bustle of the Holiday season is behind us, I find myself switching into low gear and spending some time relaxing. I have been using aromatherapy candles around the house to help me relax, and anytime I have the opportunity, you can find me curled up with a good book and a cup of coffee. I always see January as a month of down time. It is the beginning of a new year, and I like to think of it as a way to rejuvenate myself for the rest of the year. For years aromatherapy candles have been one of my favorite ways to relax. I use lavender vanilla aromatherapy candles in my bed and bathroom. The combination of the two scents together invites sleep and I usually sleep much better when I've lit the aromatherapy candles before bed.
In the living room and kitchen, I tend to use aromatherapy candles that will promote relaxation, but yet also not serve to lull me into a sleep the way the lavender vanilla aromatherapy candles do. My favorite at the moment is Peace Pearl Aromatherapy, One 2.75x5 inch Pillnew linkar Aromatherapy Candle. that I found at North Bay Emporium whose online store can be found by visiting their website at www.northbayemporium.com. I happen to love the combination of orange and cinnamon and in fact just ordered several new aromatherapy candles from North Bay Emporium to replenish my supply. I love burning aromatherapy candles, and I definitely don't want to run out, especially this time of the year, when the days are short, and the weather is cold outside. It keeps the house warm and inviting, and I love that.
This morning I woke up to find that more snow had fallen last night and I think that aside from getting out to do some grocery shopping, that I'll spend most of the day in the house. I think I'm going to make myself a cup of hot tea in place of coffee, and light several aromatherapy candles around the house, and watch a movie that I've wanted to watch for quite some time. This year I've decided that I'm going to take time for me and do the things that I want to do and that I enjoy. It's important to have a balance and I have every intention of finding it and aromatherapy candles are going to help. My husband and I will be taking some extra time just for us as well. It's going to be a good year.
