With plans to get a college degree, the two moved up north where he secretly brought a diamond engagement ring. I haven’t seen him in a few years and heard about all this over the phone. He bought a dog after settled into a townhome outside of the little college town.

Every night both of them would call the dog in for some rough housing and fun to blow his tons of energy from still being under a year old. On this night, he secured a diamond engagement ring around their dog’s neck as his now fiancé was paying attention to something else. Nonchalantly he came into the living room and had his girlfriend call in the pup for the nightly exercise. As the dog trotted in, she noticed something shining on his neck. Going in for a closer look, she saw the diamond engagement ring, turned to Tom and he on one knee asked her to marry him.
