For instance last Valentine’s Day my husband bought me a discount jewelry necklace with white gold, sapphires and diamonds. However I do not rely solely on my husband to give me discount jewelry. I am a working woman and I can take care of myself. Hence if I see discount jewelry I really want to have selling at the right price then I will buy it. Actually it is days like today when I am likely to buy myself an item of discount jewelry. Outside there is currently a blizzard and we are snowed in.  Some retail therapy would help take some of the tedium out of the day. After all it is not as though I can actually go anywhere or do anything today and a new discount jewelry purchase would give me something to get excited about. I think today would actually be a very good day to treat myself to some new discount jewelry. I can call it a Valentine’s Day gift to myself. I think that’s a marvelous excuse actually since they do say it is impossible to love others unless you show a little love to yourself.
