Lately I've been finding myself feeling a little on the stressed side, which tells me that it's time I check my aromatherapy candles and see if I have one that will help with stress. Several years ago, one of my friends gave me some aromatherapy candles for my birthday and since then I've found myself using them quite often. They are great for relaxing and even helping aid in sleep and some have been known to give energy. The various scents of the candles are associated with the actual feeling that the brain transmits when it registers those particular smells.


I love aromatherapy candles not only because they work but also because I love all candles. These allow me to actually use candles that serve a purpose other than just looking good. Because I use them so often, my aromatherapy candles supply has actually dwindled quite a bit so I think it's time that I order some new ones.
