Sometimes I like to buy jewelry for those in my family who are sick. It’s kind of like a good luck charm or a token for your good health. My grandmother recently had to have hip surgery because she fell and broke it accidentally. Before seeing her in the hospital I bought her some bracelet jewelry and a got a really nice card for her wishing that she would have a speedily recovery. The bracelet jewelry I bought didn’t cost a fortune but it really says a million and one great words of goodness to my grandmother. There is nothing more amazing then being able to spend time with her, even if she is in the hospital, where I can bring her some good soup and food, her new bracelet jewelry and a nice card that tells her that I care. Knowing that she feels like I do about being in the hospital and hates it, it is always very fulfilling to go and see her; her face turns into a big smile and she gets all giddy.
