Aromatherapy Candles Can Calm the Mind and Relax the Soul |

Is it me or does it seems like the Christmas season is coming at us at warp speed? Maybe the difference this year is that I have too many proverbial irons in the fire and I'm finding it difficult to decide what I'm going to do and when and for whom. Between helping my brother think up romantic gift ideas for his soon to be fiancée, helping him pick out a diamond engagement ring that she'll love, and trying to pull together a Christmas benefit dinner which is happening in two weeks, I'm feeling a bit frazzled. That doesn't even count the things that I need to do for my own Christmas shopping, although I did order quite a few aromatherapy candles when I came accross and ordered these Gold Ornament Candles(Pack of 96) that I found at North Bay Emporium whose online store can be found by visiting www.northbayemporium.com for the benefit.
I know everything will come together, it always does and I was thrilled to find the aromatherapy candles for a great price and will be fantastic as decorations on the tables. We are expecting about 500 people at this dinner and I am responsible for the menu and the table decorating. We generally keep the decorating simple, but this year I wanted things to be a little more elegant so I thought aromatherapy candles would be a great addition to the tables. I saw these shaped like balls for a tree and actually thought they were real for a moment and didn't realize they were aromatherapy candles. I ordered two boxes and I secretly hope there are a few left over so I can use them in my own home. I think they are adorable.
When I made my purchase, I also ordered several taper and other aromatherapy candles for several family members and friends. I sometimes give them alone, but sometimes I put together a gift basket with teas, mugs, a book and the aromatherapy candles. I think it's the perfect way to relax and I actually burn aromatherapy candles in my own home all the time. One friend who visits quite often says that when she comes to my house she always gets sleepy, and I told her it's the relaxing effect of the aromatherapy candles. Now that I'm thinking about the relaxing effects of things, I think tonight calls for a long hot bubble bath and a little reflection and relaxation. |
