Aromatherapy candles are great |

I don't actually buy candles that are labeled aromatherapy candles, but I do buy candles that, for all intents and purposes, are aromatherapy candles. I know that sounds confusing, but these particular candles aren't labeled as aromatherapy candles, yet they're still helpful like candles actually labeled aromatherapy.
I'd have to say the best aromatherapy candle out there that I buy that isn't labeled as aromatherapy candles, is a lavender candle. This is the one scent that I've found to be probably better than the actual aromatherapy candles that I've tried in the past. Lavender, for those that don't know, is a soothing scent. It's great not only for helping you relax to sleep at night, but also for soothing headaches. The first lavender candle I bought, I sat unlit on my nightstand for days before I got around to lighting it. The wonderful scent wafted over to me as I lay in bed, and helped me to relax to the point of falling asleep. I always say lavender is the best aromatherapy candle out there. Even if you just set it close to your bed without lighting it, they are great for helping you relax enough to fall asleep sooner than you probably would.
